		<description>Loved this style of retro, and so did the team.

Maybe due to my inexperience, but I felt when I tried to enforce the hat, the discussion was more stilted, so I let it flow off course a bit, made a note under the relevant hat, then bought the discussion back to the correct hat.

Have you got any thoughts on this please? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
